She is an exceptional parent to four amazing adults, a loving and supportive wife, and very close friend to me and my family. She has been responsible for a great deal of my personal success as well as the development and success of many, many of her other employees. I’ve not met someone over my nearly 30 years of professional experience who is a better team-builder, supporter, and developer of people than Christine. I and the other that work for her are fortunate for the opportunity to do so and the next place that is smart enough to hire her will quickly realize this for themselves.”

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, scholar, athlete, cook, gardener, knitter, and more. My husband and I eloped at the age of 19 and soon discovered that life is more enjoyable when you can learn to laugh at the things that might otherwise knock you down. At the age of 40, I decided to take my career in a different direction and went back to graduate school and found a position working at the University where I was taking classes. I now serve as the Director of Academic Support Programs for our institution and focus my research on student success, teaching and learning, and higher education policy.
